Although we do not allow returns or exchanges we always aim to keep our customers as happy as can be so please always let us know if there is an issue or if you have any concerns and our support team would be happy to further help you in any way that we can.

Artistic License: Since all of our products are handmade, please respect the artistic process that no two item will look exactly the same. Please expect differences in our designs from time to time.

Allergies: It is the responsibility of the user of our soaps/products to make sure they are not allergic to our products. Everyone’s skin is different and you must test our soaps/products as you would anything else. If you are known to have sensitive skin, please test the soap/product on a small part of your arm for a few days prior to using it all over your body or face. We are in no way liable for any allergic reactions and each customer should use our products at their own risk.
